By interacting with the Surgilancers website, booking consultations, or utilizing our coordination services, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms. Our platform serves as a professional gateway to advanced surgical care, managed exclusively by qualified medical surgeons.
02.Direct Professional Relationship
As a platform owned and operated by surgeons, we maintain a direct relationship with our patients. While we utilize various hospital infrastructures for procedures, the clinical coordination and surgical guidance are provided directly by our surgeons, ensuring you are never dealing with an uninformed third-party entity.

However, the Surgilancers organization shall not be held liable for clinical outcomes, complications, or post-operative issues arising directly from surgery performed at third-party medical facilities.
04.Financial & Insurance Coordination
We provide professional assistance in insurance claim processing and hospital billing transparency. All final financial obligations are settled between the patient and the partnered hospital. We do not charge "brokerage" fees for medical referrals; our coordination service is built on professional medical partnership models.
